Service may cover courses, clubs, resorts and golf events in the Washington DC, Northern Virginia, Maryland and surrounding region when the requested trip can be accommodated.
Airport Transportation and golf arrivals
Arriving at DCA, IAD or BWI? Request an airport-to-hotel transfer and separate hotel-to-course travel, or describe the complete airport → hotel → golf engagement → hotel → airport sequence. Share flight, hotel and tee or event times when requesting a quote.
Corporate golf transportation
Arrange transportation for executives, visiting clients, conference attendees and corporate outing participants. A planned hotel → course → meeting or dinner → hotel itinerary may call for hourly service or multiple vehicles. Infinity transports guests; it does not manage the golf event.
Group Transportation for golf
For a larger group or several golf days, specify each day’s pickup, course, hotel and return needs. Different courses and dinner stops can be included in a transportation request. Vehicle and chauffeur assignments for each day depend on the confirmed booking; a continuous assignment is not automatic.
Golf bags change the vehicle plan
Tell us about golf bags, clubs, suitcases and other luggage before vehicle selection. The right vehicle depends on the combined passenger and equipment needs, not passenger count alone. Describe the number and type of golf bags and any oversized items in your quote request. Accommodation is confirmed against the actual vehicle arrangement; no published bag count applies to every configuration.
Choose from the Fleet
A Sedan or Mercedes-Benz S-Class / Luxury or Executive Sedan may suit a smaller party when its actual luggage and club needs can be accommodated. An SUV, Luxury SUV or Cadillac Escalade IQL may be requested for additional space or vehicle preference.
Sprinter options for golf groups
A Standard Mercedes Sprinter Van, Luxury Sprinter Van or Limo Sprinter can be considered for group travel, with the Limo Sprinter a separate vehicle category from the Luxury Sprinter. A Minibus, Motor Coach or coordinated multiple vehicles may suit larger parties once passenger and equipment details are reviewed.
Special occasions
Stretch Limousines may be appropriate for some itineraries, subject to the specific passenger and equipment requirements. Specialty and larger vehicles may be arranged through the available fleet and partners; request a quote to confirm the fit and availability.

What is Golf Transportation?
It is passenger ground transportation to and from customer-selected golf destinations and related planned stops. Infinity does not operate a golf course or sell a golf experience.
Can transportation be arranged from DCA, IAD or BWI for golfers?
Yes, request travel from any of those airports to a hotel, course or another planned destination. Provide flight details, passengers and golf bag and luggage information.
Can transportation be arranged between a hotel and golf course?
Yes. Share your hotel, customer-selected course, pickup and return times, and whether any other stops are planned.
Can I travel with golf clubs and golf bags?
Golf equipment can be part of a requested trip. Tell us about every bag, clubs and other luggage in advance so the vehicle arrangement can be assessed.
Why should I provide golf-equipment details when requesting a vehicle?
Golf bags and suitcases take space in addition to the passengers. Counts and sizes help determine a suitable vehicle or combination of vehicles; capacity is confirmed for the actual arrangement.
What vehicle types can be requested?
Options may include Sedan, Luxury or Executive Sedan, SUV, Luxury SUV, Sprinter variants, Stretch Limousine when suitable, Minibus, Motor Coach or multiple vehicles, subject to the trip and availability.
Can I request an SUV or Escalade IQL?
Yes. Specify an SUV, Luxury SUV or Cadillac Escalade IQL preference and disclose passenger, golf bag and luggage needs. A request does not guarantee a particular vehicle.
Can I request a Sprinter or Luxury Sprinter?
Yes. Ask about a Standard Mercedes Sprinter Van, Luxury Sprinter Van or the distinct Limo Sprinter category. The appropriate option depends on the group and equipment.
Can larger golf groups request a Minibus or Motor Coach?
Yes. A Minibus, Motor Coach or multiple vehicles may be considered for larger groups once all passengers, golf equipment, luggage and stops are known.
Can corporate golf transportation be arranged?
Yes. Describe the executive, client, conference or corporate group movements you need, such as hotel → course → dinner. Infinity provides transportation, not event management.
Can transportation be arranged for tournament attendees or participants?
Yes, subject to the requested itinerary. Guests arrange event admission, participation, access and any course requirements directly with the organizer or venue.
Can transportation cover several golf days?
Yes, share each day’s schedule, course and passenger movements for a quote. The same chauffeur or vehicle is not automatically assigned across all days.
Does Infinity arrange tee times or golf reservations?
No. Guests select courses and make tee times, reservations and any admission or membership arrangements directly with the course, club, resort or event.

Yes, describe the restaurant, meeting, hotel or other passenger stop and timing. The itinerary and service type can then be assessed.
